I have a 2013 macbook pro which I have opened, cleaned serviced several times, recently had a new battery and top case assembly replaced, suddenly one day screen showed the red no battery logo, so I charged it ligjt went from green to amber left it for a couple minutes, tried to power it and Nothing, it chimes but theres no picture no diagnostics no recovery, no Hdmi output either SMC and PRAM resets nothing chimes to black, Tried changing my motherbord to a known working one except with bad screen, same thing happened, first RED battery logo that would discard bad screen? wouldn’t it, ? and then it no longer boots, could this be a bad SSD? it should still be able to show apple logo if that were the case, any insights? as part of the servicing of both motherboards , I had replaced the old insulation plastic around the main die because it had become brittle and fell off, that made my first one fail, and tje repair worked perfectly until my screen failed, then i got another used one changed the SSD and used it for a year without issues, just assumed it had suffered the same issue, but apparently its not that. so to resume what could happen a computer with known working screen and with known working motherboard not to boot? to even apple logo, just chime to black, could it be a faulty SSD?

From what you did the common element is the battery! So its likely the battery has failed. But as you have no way diagnostically to prove that its’ hard to say for sure.
