is there a way to erase all passwords and emails and start over with new ones, its stuck in cubby mode and none of our passwords are working

  1. Make sure tablet is powered off.
  2. Hold down Volume + button and Power button at same time.
  3. When screen comes on let go of Power button.
  4. When the large Android shows on screen let go of Volume + button.
  5. Use Volume – button to scroll to Wipe Data/ Factory Reset. These are the steps I used to completely erase the sprout channel cubby tablet, be aware that it took about 10 minutes to reboot. Our kids had a password in Android mode and we were not able to get the password. Tablet rebooted and we did not have to immediately enter a password. Thanks to whoever posted this online!

This process brought me to a boot mode screen with only three options, recovery, fastboot and normal boot. No choice for favorite reset. What am I missing or doing wrong?

Thank you to whoever posted this. My son broke lcd and then digitizer and just got around to fixing after 5 months. I can barely remember yesterday. Again thank you.
