Its my little brothers computer and my mom changed the password to sign in at boot up. I tried holding the shift button as I restart it, but in order to reset it, I need the old password. Is there another way to factory reset this without needing a password ? Need it to use it to recover data from a faulty SD card.
How can I reset password without reset disk?
