How can I do the factory reset on The Acer Aspire Switch 10, I could not connect to the Internet anymore because of some proxy errors.

The best way to do the factory reset is recovering from the hard drive during startup, and you need to make sure that your file is saved before doing the factory reset. When you turn on the device, press + , a screen will appear to ask some options, just choose the Troubleshoot, and then click Reset your PC.

I did factory reset and now it is stuck acer logo nothingels happens now.

Looking for help myself to do a factory reset, but cant get the alt f10 to give me the menu options, just loads normally. Tried numerous times. Any ideas?
